Talonkirjat saatiin tehtyä tänään. Nuori pariskunta osti talomme, neuvottelivat varsin tehokkaasti hinnan ja toivottavasti ovat onnellisia talossa. Nuoren parin lisäksi taloon muuttaa pieni poika - noin 3 vuotias ja muutaman viikon kuluttua heille tulee uusi vauva. Olimme hieman huolissamme tuleeko kirjojen tekemisestä mitään - koska vauvan odotus oli jo aika pitkällä...mutta prosessi meni läpi suhteellisen helposti.
Päivään kuului myös muita tarpeellisia asioita kuten hiusten leikkaus yms sellaista, jotka yrittää saada kuntoon tuttujen ihmisten kanssa ennen muuttoa.
So as of today - we don't officially have an address in NH any longer. We signed the papers, shook hands and walk away today - left the keys to new owners Joseph and Allisha. 4 Findlay Way is now their address and we wish them best of luck.
Our new address will be in Chapel Hill NC - and if all goes well, we will be there in one week - on October 6th. Before that we will stay in NH and MA - and start driving on October 5th (13 hours or something like that)
